Talk to it
Full-duplex conversation you can interrupt mid-sentence. It speaks francs, dates and durations the way a person would.
01One place for clients, projects, time and money.
02It runs the admin while you do the work.
03It knows your finances, and which months will be hard.
04You approve. It handles the rest.
What actually hurts
Not any more. I hold the same picture you do — every client, hour, deal and franc — and you can ask me anything, at any hour.
I’m here. I know the clients, the numbers and the week you’ve had, and I’ll answer in whichever language you start in.
Then let me do the round. I’ll draft what needs drafting and bring you the three things that actually matter.
I know who’s overdue and by how much. The reminder is already written — you just decide whether it goes.
Give them the portal. They’ll see their own projects, hours and invoices, and file requests without touching your inbox.
You shouldn’t. Grant me one permission at a time, and deleting, sending or paying always comes back to you first.
Today
Your hours and the team's. Money in, money still owed. New clients, deals closing, where the year is heading — charted on every screen, not buried in a report you have to run.
Then it reads the week for you and says the thing the chart cannot: what is drifting, what is concentrated, and what to do about it before the quarter turns.
The assistant
Full-duplex conversation you can interrupt mid-sentence. It speaks francs, dates and durations the way a person would.
It reads the same records you do, in English or German, and switches mid-sentence if you do.
It is an app on your phone and your desktop. It is also a server your own AI can use — so ask ChatGPT from the sofa and the tab on your laptop does it.
Operator
Operator reads the whole company on its own — stale deals, unbilled hours, overdue invoices, goals drifting, to-dos and targets — works out what actually matters this week, and writes the work for you. Nothing to set up, nothing to remember. It can run on its own schedule.

What's inside
Built in Switzerland
Google and bank tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Not hashed for show — actually unreadable without the key.
Authorization codes and refresh tokens are kept as one-way hashes. A copy of the database hands over nothing you could use.
Connector tokens are signed with a different key from your session, so one can never be replayed as the other.
Passkeys, on the device you already unlock. Nothing to reuse, nothing to phish, nothing to leak.
Revenue visibility is per person, not all-or-nothing. Your clients see their own work — never each other's, never anyone's rate.
Deleting, sending and moving money need a fresh confirmation every time — from you, not from the model.
